QuickProof is a local-first application for creating agreement, handover and acceptance records, collecting signatures, attaching evidence and generating PDF records.

1. Information processed by QuickProof

QuickProof may process information entered into a record, including party details, agreement or handover content, items, quantities, condition or notes, evidence photos, signatures, verification information, event history and generated PDF or signing-package files.

2. Local storage and sharing

QuickProof records are designed to be stored locally on your device. Record data leaves the device only when you choose to export, print, share, or start a signing flow with another device.

3. Advertising

QuickProof uses Google Mobile Ads to display banner and interstitial advertisements. Google may process information such as IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers, including advertising identifiers where applicable, for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention and security purposes.

Depending on your region, consent choices and Google settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Where required, QuickProof uses Google's consent/privacy flow before requesting ads.

QuickProof does not intentionally send record text, party details, evidence photos or signature images to Google Mobile Ads as ad-targeting parameters.

4. Privacy choices and consent

Where required, QuickProof provides Google's advertising privacy choices flow so users can review or change applicable consent choices.

5. Deleting your data

You can delete records stored in QuickProof from the app. Copies that you have exported, printed or shared are outside QuickProof and remain under your control or the control of the recipient.

6. Children

QuickProof is intended for adult productivity, agreement and transaction-record workflows and is not designed for children.

7. Security and responsibility

QuickProof includes features for fixing content before signing and generating verification information. Users remain responsible for checking content before signing and choosing an appropriate method of sharing exported records.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when QuickProof features, advertising integrations, legal requirements or data practices change.
